What They Are and How They Are Made
Professionally captured images are printed directly onto Hahnemuhle Daguerre Canvas, a 400gsm Poly-cotton bright white canvas which guarantees archival standards and is approved by The Fine Art Guild. Then stretched over a 50mm thick Museum quality wooden frame made from the finest quality Redwood pine, beveled at a 75 degree angle, mitered, glued and screwed. Only the highest quality kiln dried Scandinavian Redwood pine is used with a moisture content of less than 12%.
All of our Canvas Wall Art Prints are hand printed using Epson Pro Ultrachrome HDR pigment based inks to guarantee crisp, vibrant colours for many years to come. Using professional pigments based inks provides a much wider tonal range, gives a larger gamut of colour and creates deeper blacks resulting in more vivid and natural colours.
Also, each Canvas Wall Art Print is finished with a specialist coating of high grade Eco friendly water based gloss Giclée varnish for ultimate protection, making it both scratch and water resistant, with the corners guaranteed not to fade or crack. All of our Canvas Wall Art Prints of 40" and larger also have a cross strut as standard to give added rigidity.
Our Canvas Wall Art Prints are also printed with a deep black edge so that when the Canvas print is stretched around the frame, the image is lifted off the wall, to create an even more striking effect and to complete each item, we provide strap hanger fittings so your Canvas Wall Art Print is ready to display the moment you receive it, thus completing your own individual piece of Yorkshire Wall Art.
We use only the very finest quality materials in every step of our production process, ensuring the ultimate in Canvas Wall Art Prints, not to be confused with mass produced imports from the Far East, from a local market stall or using inferior materials.
